1. 一般条款 General Terms

本付款条款与条件适用于客户通过 SD BUSINESS GROUP SDN. BHD.（以下简称 “SD 本公司” ）提供的线上支付网关或本公司指定的其他付款渠道进行的所有付款。

客户继续进行付款，即表示已阅读、理解并同意遵守本条款与条件。

These Payment Terms & Conditions govern payments made to SD BUSINESS GROUP SDN. BHD. (“SD”) through our online payment gateway or other payment channels made available by the Company.
By proceeding with a payment, the customer acknowledges and agrees to these terms.

2. 在线付款条款 Payment for Services

• 客户可通过本公司平台指定的第三方付款进行线上付款，以支付运费、仓储费或其他应付予本公司的相关费用。付款成功后，即视为交易完成。
• 客户在确认交易前，必须确保付款金额及付款参考资料正确无误。
• 如因网络问题、支付接口异常或其他技术问题导致付款失败或交易仍在处于处理中，客户应先联系本公司进行核实及确认交易状态，再决定是否需要重新付款。
• 客户一旦支付成功，本公司将依据服务类型安排履约且不能撤销。

• Customers may use the platform’s designated third-party payment providers for Online Payment when settling shipping fees, storage charges or any relevant charges by SD. The transaction is deemed complete once payment is successful.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment amount and payment reference are correct before confirming the transaction.
• If a payment fails or remains pending due to network issues, payment gateway errors, or other technical issues, customers must contact the Company to verify the transaction status before resubmitting the payment, where necessary.
• Once the payment is successfully made, SD will arrange fulfillment according to the type of service purchased, and the transaction cannot be cancelled.

3. 退款 Refunds

• 因服务异常、系统错误或平台的技术问题导致支付有差异、重复支付等问题，本公司将于平台核实后为用户处理退款，此类退款为免收退款手续费。
• 已完成交易的退款申请须经本公司审核及批准。本公司将根据平台服务条款、交易实际情况及退款政策，评估是否符合退款条件及适用的退款方式。
• 在可行的情况下，获批准的退款通常会通过原付款方式退回，但须遵守相关支付服务供应商的处理程序。
• 审核时效预计为3个工作日，最终退款金额预计将在3个工作日内退还。
• 每笔退款申请将收取总金额的1%为行政手续费，该费用将从退款金额中直接扣除。

• Refunds arising from payment discrepancies or duplicate payments caused by service disruptions, system errors, or technical issues with the platform will be processed by SD after verification through the platform. No refund processing fees will be charged for such refunds.
• Refund requests for completed transactions are subject to review and approval by SD in accordance with the Company's platform terms of service, transaction circumstances and refund policy to determine whether a refund is eligible and the applicable refund method.
• Approved refunds will generally be returned through the original payment method where practicable, subject to the payment service provider’s procedures.
• The review process is expected to take three (3) working days and the approved refunds will be processed within a further three (3) working days.
• An administrative fee of 1% of the total refund amount will be charged for each approved refund and deducted directly from the refund amount.

4. 风险与安全说明 Risk and Security

• 客户应妥善保管账号及支付信息，防止账户被盗用。一经发现异常，应立即联系本公司或相关负责人。
• 客户不得利用本公司平台进行任何欺诈、非法或未经授权的活动，包括但不限于提供虚假资料或进行不当交易。
• 本公司平台将采取合理的技术及安全措施，以保障平台及支付过程的安全。但对于因不可抗力或客户自身原因所造成的损失，本公司不承担相关责任。

• Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and payment information. Any suspicious activity or unauthorised transactions must be reported to SD or the relevant person in charge immediately.
• Customers must not use SD's platform for any fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised activities, including but not limited to providing false information or engaging in improper transactions.
• SD will implement reasonable technical and security measures to protect the platform and payment processes. However, SD shall not be liable for any losses arising from force majeure events or the customer's own actions or omissions, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. 条款修改与适用法律 Amendments and Applicable Law

本公司有权根据业务发展或法律法规变化修改所有条款，变更后的条款将通过本平台公示或邮件通知方式告知，客户继续使用付款服务均视为同意更新后条规内容。

The Company reserves the right to amend these terms due to business or legal changes. Updates will be announced on SD’s platform or by email. Continued use of the payment services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
