本公司特此通知，将于2026年5月28日至2026年5月30日举办公司旅行。期间，中国及泰国货款代付部将暂停运作（2026年5月28日至2026年5月29日），因此相关货款代付事宜亦将暂缓处理。
1. 营运安排
公司团建旅行期间,马来西亚办公室和仓库以及中国和泰国仓库将照常运作。但由于部分员工参与公司旅行，客户服务回复及物流/配送进度可能会出现轻微延迟，敬请谅解并耐心等候。
2. 公共假期及货款代付安排
请留意以下公共假期：
2026年5月27日—— 哈芝节（公共假期）
2026年6月1日 —— 国家元首诞辰公共假期
2026年6月2日 —— 照常运作
鉴于即将迎来较长假期，如需办理任何货款代付事宜，敬请务必于2026年5月26日或之前完成相关安排。若在公司旅行期间有任何紧急的货款代付或货物派送需求，敬请提前通知相关负责人，以便及时妥善处理。
本公司将于2026年6月2日恢复正常运作。

Kindly be informed that our company will be organizing a company trip from 28th May 2026 until 30th May 2026. During this period, the China and Thailand payment to supplier department will be temporarily closed from 28th May 2026 until 29th May 2026. Any payment to supplier will also not be processed.
1. Operational Arrangements
During the company trip period, the Malaysia office and warehouse, as well as the China and Thailand warehouses, will continue to operate as usual. However, as some employees will be participating in the trip, there may be minor delays in customer service responses and logistics or delivery processes.We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience.
2. Public Holidays and Payment to Supplier Arrangements
Please take note of the following public holidays:
27th May 2026 — Hari Raya Haji (Public Holiday)
1st June 2026 — Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s Birthday (Public Holiday)
2nd June 2026 — SD Resume Operations as usual
In light of the upcoming extended holiday period, please ensure that all payment to supplier are completed on or before 26th May 2026. Should there be any urgent supplier payment or delivery requests during the company trip period, kindly notify the relevant person in charge in advance to facilitate prompt processing.
The Company will resume normal business operations on 2th June 2026.
